PLACING AN ORDER
Currently, orders with items that are in-stock, require 1-3 business days to process after payment has cleared. No changes can be made to an order once it is placed. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and an email when it was shipped. We apologize that we do not accept phone orders and do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally. Please contact us via email (Contact Us) if you would like to purchase by check or money order, or if you have any questions regarding our products and policies or when out-of-stock items will be available.

SHIPPING, HANDLING AND TAXES
Shipping and handling fees are based on quantity, size and weight. For Michigan customers, 6% sales tax is added to the final total of the order. If you need to ship faster than USPS First Class or Priority, please contact us via email prior to ordering to see if we can possibly accommodate you.

You can eliminate shipping costs by contacting Hail To The Colors via email (Contact Us) to order, prepay and coordinate a pickup time and date, near Ann Arbor Airport or prior to home games at Michigan Stadium.

RETURN POLICY
Because our work is custom or hand-made, our products are not returnable. (See below regarding Apparel.) Customers are asked to read our policies before they place an order and must agree to our “No Returns/All Sales Final” policy. Returns are accepted only if incorrect item(s) or sizes were shipped and the customer must contact Hail To The Colors via email (Contact Us) within 3 days from receiving shipment to arrange for an authorized return. All items must be returned in original packaging, with original tags not removed. If item(s) are not returned in proper shipping packaging, returned without tags or returned damaged or used, then a refund or replacement will not be issued and the customer will lose the paid amount of the order. If an order is received damaged due to the shipping carrier, the customer MUST contact Hail To The Colors via email (Contact Us), within 3 days of receiving the damaged shipment. A dated photograph will be required for proof of shipping damage in order to file a claim. A replacement or refund will be issued depending on settlement of the claim with the shipping carrier.

APPAREL – In the event a customer has ordered an incorrect size and wishes to exchange for another size, of the exact same item, then we will accept those returns but the return and new shipping charges will be at the expense of the customer. If the customer wishes to exchange up to 2XL size then there will also be additional charge. Customers must email us (Contact Us) before any return and/or exchange of apparel can be processed.

If a customer is not satisfied with any item, please contact us via email immediately. Please remember our creations are individually hand-made and therefore each cannot be exactly the same and may have natural and/or color variations (except t-shirts, The Michigan M VASE and The Michigan M CARRIER) and all monitors and screens do not display colors the same.
